Twilight Photography
Not every home is a candidate for this type of photography as everything has to be just right. The lighting, timing, the suns angle...and when it is just right, you have minutes to capture the perfect picture.

Exterior Photography
This can be THE most important photos to gain attention on Your home. More often than not, the exterior of Your home will be the first picture the buyer sees online...and if these pictures fall flat, so can interest on Your home. My photographer takes his time to capture the perfect angle to represent my clients home. He also utilizes sky replacement in his editing software so even on the gloomy days, the main photo will always have a blue sky.
His drone work is second to none and aims to create a different perspective to capture interest in Your home. On the home below he was flying nearly inches away from the trees to be able capture the photos that would showcase my clients home to its full potential.
Interiors
My photographer specializes in a specific type of photography that not all photographers can emulate.
I love the way he shoots my clients homes as the pictures are crisp, the colours are vibrant and true to real life as if you were walking right into the home and seeing it in person.
The whites are crisp, the colours pop and there is no dis-coloration/yellow tinge that you see in the whites and the darker colours are true with no purple hues that you see in many real estate photos.
